• To access the site and submit any work order requests, you will need to go to the building's portal link, Prism and click on "Tenant Login," from the site menu.
• When you go to login, the system will prompt you to enter your username (e-mail) and password (first initial + last name).

For example:

• Username: john.doe@invalid.com
• Password: jdoe

We strongly encourage you to change your password after you successfully login. To do so, click on "My Profile" located at the top menu, then:

1. Type in your new password;
2. Re-type it again, and;
3. Click "Save".
