Q: How do I reserve a conference room?
A: The Conference Room can be booked through the 1355 Peachtree property website, powered by Prism, where tenants can submit a work order with specific details about the issue. The tenant will select "submit a work order" and then select "new reservation". From this screen a tenant can submit a request for one of the two conference room spaces: the Training Center, and Small Conference Room.

Q: How do I request a service call?
A: Service calls and maintenance requests can be placed through the 1355 Peachtree property website, powered by Prism, where tenants can submit a work order with specific details about the issue.

Q: What do I do when my office is too cold or too hot?
A: Service calls and maintenance requests can be placed through the 1355 Peachtree property website, powered by Prism, where tenants can submit a work order with specific details about the issue.

Q: Can I bike to work?
A: Yes, bike racks are located in the parking garage on level P1.

Q: Where can I park?
A: Visitor and tenant parking is located in the 5-story parking garage beneath the building.

Q: Where can I smoke?
A: A designated smoking area is provided on the loading dock directly across from the P1 garage elevators.

Q: I am sensitive to the light, how do I request an adjustment to my lighting?
A: Any work orders regarding light adjustment can be entered via the Prism work order system.

Q: Can I bring in a space heater?
A: Space heaters and fans are prohibited per the fire code.

Q: Can I bring in a coffee maker or other appliance?
A: Yes, tenants may use consumer rated coffee makers, microwave ovens and toasters, so long as their installation and use meet all applicable laws and regulations.

Q: I work after the building's normal hours, how do I request lighting, heating and/or air conditioning?
A: After hours requests can be placed through the 1355 Peachtree property website, powered by Prism, where tenants can submit a work order with specific details about the issue. After hours HVAC for an individual office can be activated at the thermostat for a 2-hour period, please contact the Chief Engineer, Phillip Letster, for instructions.
